How We Test Industrial Blowers Before Dispatch

Before any Eyyani blower leaves our Bengaluru factory, our quality team runs it and checks its RPM, current (ampere), voltage and general running condition. If it passes, it ships. If it doesn’t, it stays with us until it does.

Why We Don’t Skip This

A blower that goes out untested can cause real trouble on your side:

  • It breaks down in the middle of production
  • It uses more electricity than it should
  • It makes noise or vibrates after installation
  • It gives less air than you ordered it for

Our industrial blowers go to customers across India, so fixing a fault after delivery means delays and cost for everyone. Catching it in the factory is easier and cheaper for you and for us.

Industrial Blower Performance Testing and Quality Checks

RPM. This is how fast the impeller spins, and it decides how much air and pressure you get. If the speed is off, the airflow will be off too.

Current (ampere). This tells us how hard the motor is working. A reading that’s too high means the motor is under strain, which leads to overheating and a bigger power bill.

Voltage. We make sure the blower runs properly at the supply voltage it’s built for.

Direction of rotation. The impeller has to turn the right way, or the air won’t flow the way it should.

Vibration and noise. A smooth, quiet blower usually means a well-balanced impeller and healthy bearings. Shaking or odd sounds tell us something needs fixing.

How our Blower Goes Through Testing

  • Our team looks over the casing, impeller, motor and fittings.
  • The blower is connected to power and started.
  • We check that it runs properly at its rated voltage.
  • We measure the RPM and compare it with the rating.
  • We measure the current and compare it with the motor rating.
  • We listen for noise and check for vibration.
  • Only a blower that passes everything is approved, packed and sent out.

What If a Blower Doesn’t Pass?

It simply doesn’t ship. The team finds the cause, fixes it, and tests the blower again from the beginning. We don’t dispatch a unit until it clears every check.

What You Get When You Order From Us

  • A blower tested by our own quality team
  • Manufacturing under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
  • A 1-year manufacturing warranty on applicable products
  • Help from our team with selection, installation and troubleshooting

It still runs, but it moves much less air than it should. That’s why we check the direction of rotation before a blower is approved.

Yes, a steady running sound is normal. A grinding, rattling or uneven sound is not, and it usually points to a balance or bearing issue.

Check that the voltage matches the nameplate, the impeller turns freely, and the direction of rotation is correct. Then check the running current against the rated current.

It depends on the airflow and pressure you require, along with the type of air being moved, such as dust, fumes or hot air. Share these details with our team and we’ll suggest a suitable model.
